I’m a seasonal Resort and Restaurant Operations Manager with experience leading high-volume hospitality teams across the United States. Each season, I step into fast-paced resort and restaurant environments to support operations, strengthen service standards, and help teams perform at their best when it matters most.

My approach is rooted in structure, adaptability, and people-first leadership. From FOH/BOH coordination and staff development to guest experience and operational flow, I focus on creating systems that bring stability, consistency, and confidence to every shift.
