About Me
I’m a hospitality and operations leader specializing in high-volume, seasonal resort and restaurant environments. My work takes me across the country each year, supporting properties during peak demand and helping teams operate with consistency, clarity, and confidence.
My background is intentionally non-traditional. I built my leadership through real systems under real pressure — environments where mistakes had immediate consequences. That experience shapes how I lead and how I support teams.
I began my career in agriculture and livestock operations, working inside large-scale food and animal systems that demanded discipline, logistics coordination, and accountability. These environments taught me that food, labor, logistics, and care are inseparable — and that systems must be managed correctly to avoid failure.
This foundation shaped my ability to see operations as connected systems rather than isolated tasks.
Hospitality & Food Service Experience
I entered professional food service working both front-of-house and back-of-house in high-volume, full-service restaurants. These roles built my understanding of speed, standards, timing, and guest experience at scale.
Later, I moved into cold-chain food distribution and logistics, gaining firsthand experience in inventory flow, storage, and delivery — the operational backbone behind every successful kitchen and resort operation.
Construction, Restoration & Facilities Operations
For over a decade, I worked in construction, restoration, and insurance-driven operations, including remodeling, rebuilds, and full-service restoration. I trained directly under business owners, ran operations, and became a Texas-certified insurance adjuster.
This work gave me a deep understanding of how facilities are inspected, repaired, funded, and protected — allowing me to manage hospitality properties not just operationally, but structurally and financially.
Crisis Response & Community Operations
After COVID ended my business, I spent several years in volunteer and disaster-response operations, supporting shelters, emergency feeding programs, donation centers, animal rescues, and first responders.
These were high-pressure environments where stability, safety, and speed mattered — and where leadership had to remain calm, decisive, and human.
Seasonal Resort & Hospitality Leadership
Today, I bring all of this experience into seasonal resort and hospitality leadership, supporting properties during their most demanding periods.
