At Red Lobster, I supported high-volume casual dining operations across both front- and back-of-house functions. I assisted with service flow, bar operations, and expo coordination while also supporting dishwashing, prep, and kitchen organization.
This role strengthened my understanding of full-service restaurant mechanics and reinforced the importance of teamwork in fast-paced environments.
