Front-of-House Manager | Resort Operations Lead

At The Hills Resort, I managed front-of-house operations while also serving as an on-site operations lead across multiple departments. I oversaw guest services, hosting, and bar operations while coordinating closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and resort leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

This role required situational leadership — stepping into different departments as needed, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a consistent guest experience across the property. I trained and developed team members, upheld cleanliness and safety standards, and ensured service excellence throughout the resort.
